Thursday, February 27, 2014 2:12 PM
There has been a confirmed case of Impetigo (School Sores) reported to the school. Impetigo is extremely contagious skin infection and can be spread from one person to another through touched or shared items, scratching, or picking at blisters and scabs. It first appears as small, itchy, inflamed areas of skin which then blisters. Children are able to return to school after treatment from your GP has started and the sores are completely covered with a watertight dressing.
